If you are selling food commercially, a copy of your Food Plan/Certificate must be sent to Karori Lions by the end of January.

The Food Plan/ certificate must be prominently displayed on the stall.

The STALLHOLDER is responsible for meeting any requirements set by the Wellington City Council.

It is personal information about you that identifies you, or by which your identity can reasonably be ascertained. We will use this information to contact you and to provide you with a service. We will take reasonable efforts to protect personal information that is held by us from loss & misuse, and while we take reasonable measures we cannot completely ensure or promise the security of any information we collect from you. We will not provide your personal information to anyone else unless required by law.

Karori Lions Club reserves the right to decline applications from any person or organisation. Restricted or prohibited items cannot be displayed or sold at our Karnival.

We will do our best to allocate your preferred stall size. Once your application has been reviewed, we will confirm availability and provide the corresponding price. Please note that stall allocations are subject to availability, and the Karnival organisers cannot guarantee your requested size.
