LIONS KARORI KARNIVAL

APPLICATION FOR A REGISTERED CHARITY STALL

Please complete all fields when applying for a stall or site at the Lions Karori Karnival.

Please describe what items you will be selling on your stall. Please note a BBQ sausage sizzle or a raffle is not permitted as these are a Lions fundraiser.

Stall special requests/needs including any special size stalls.

By paying for the site you agree with and understand the following terms and conditions:

  • If selling food, a copy of your Food Plan/Certificate must be sent to karorikarnivals@lionsclubs.org.nz AND displayed prominently on the stall. The stallholder is responsible for meeting any requirements set by the Wellington City Council.

  • Stall space is allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

  • No electric power is provided – if required, please make your own arrangements.

  • Please arrange your own trestle table, weather protection and secure your gazebo.

  • Vehicle access to the park for stallholders will be available from 7:30am on the day.

  • Vehicles must remain at the rear of your stall site for the duration of the Karnival or be off the park between 9:45am – 3:00pm, for the safety of the public.

Stall Selection and Payment Section

Thank you for your payment. A confirmation of your stall for the Karori Lions Club Karori Karnival will be emailed to you shortly.

Food Stall Conditions

If you are selling food commercially, a copy of your Food Plan/Certificate must be sent to Karori Lions by the end of January.

The Food Plan/ certificate must be prominently displayed on the stall.

The STALLHOLDER is responsible for meeting any requirements set by the Wellington City Council

What is personal information? Personal information is data about an identifiable individual. It is personal information about you that identifies you, or by which your identity can reasonably be ascertained. We will use this information to contact you and to provide you with a service. We will take reasonable efforts to protect personal information that is held by us from loss & misuse, and while we take reasonable measures we cannot completely ensure or promise the security of any information we collect from you. We will not provide your personal information to anyone else unless required by law.

Karori Lions Club reserves the right to decline applications from any person or organisation. Restricted or prohibited items cannot be displayed or sold at our Karnival
