LIONS KARORI KARNIVAL

APPLICATION FOR AN INFORMATION or DISPLAY STALL

Please complete all fields when applying for a stall or site at the Lions Karori Karnival. Please note, no vehicles are permitted on this stall.

Please describe what you will be displaying. Please note you are prohibited to sell items on information/display stalls. This will be closely monitored.

Stall special requests/needs including any special size stalls.

By paying for the site you agree with and understand the following terms and conditions:

  • Stall space is allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

  • No electric power is provided – if required, please make your own arrangements.

  • Please arrange your own trestle table, weather protection and secure your gazebo.

  • Vehicle access to the park for stallholders will be available from 7:30am on the day.

Stall Selection and Payment Section

Thank you for your payment. A confirmation of your stall for the Karori Lions Club Karori Karnival will be emailed to you shortly.

Stall Conditions

This type of stall is for informational and display purposes only. Nothing may be sold or raffled from this stall type. This will be closely monitored throughout the Karnival.

Special Note

Karori Lions Club reserves the right to decline applications from any person or organisation. Restricted or prohibited items cannot be displayed or sold at our Karnival.

Please also note that no vehicles are permitted on this size stall. Once offloaded, please park your vehicle on Campbell Street.
